Payments are due 30 days from delivery, however we offer a .10 cent per gallon discount if paid in full within 15 days. Besides mailing a check or paying cash on delivery, we offer the following payment methods.
Call In--Calling in to our friendly staff is always an option during normal business hours. We are able to take credit, debit or checking account information over the phone for payments and again if paid within the 15 days of delivery you will receive the .10 cent per gallon discount.
Online--You can now pay your bill online. It's easy to sign up, available 24/7/365, versatile and convenient. Once you create your account you have the ability to pay when you want, but again don't miss out on the .10 cent per gallon discount. You can pay with either any of the 4 major credit cards, debit card or right from your checking account.
Paying online also allows you the ability to pay once or set your account up for recurring payments. Automatic Bill Payment is a great option for those on our budget program. You have the ability to pick whatever day of the month works best for you for your recurring payments to be either withdrawn from your bank account or put on a card of your choosing. With the recurring payment option we do ask that you don't pick the 29th-31st of the month, as not all months will have those dates. Do high heat bills put a damper on your winter months? Call about our Budget Program. You make even monthly payments based on your prior year usage along with an estimated winter price for that upcoming heating season. We start our budget billing in June it runs through April and we use May as a catch up month. June through April you will have one monthly heat payment that is the same every month, so no surprising high bills out of the blue. We then use May as a catch up month, so if you were to owe a balance as of the end of April you would pay that in the month of May as to start fresh for the new heating season in June. In the event you had a credit at the end of April you could take the month of May off or still pay and go into the next heating season even further ahead. Because this is not an exact science and no one unfortunately knows what prices will or won't do in a year or how harsh of a winter it could be we can always adjust your monthly payments as we go. As this is a fixed monthly payment we set to start in June, this is a great option for anyone on a fixed income or that just doesn't want a high heat bill each month during the winter months that you have to pay all at once. This program also works great for those that want to set up recurring payments each month on a day of their choosing. So for example if your monthly budget payment is $200.00 each month we can set that up to go onto a card or out of a checking account on say the 5th of every month, or again whatever day works best for you. Another fantastic option with this program is you will always get the discounted price per gallon on all deliveries, if of course all of the payments are being made and are up to date. Don't want to stress over price spikes during the coldest winter months? Think about our Pre-Buy Program, a minimum purchase of 500 gallons is required, the gallons are purchased in full by the end of August and the contract price is locked in until those gallons have been used or the end of the contract date which is April 28th. If additional gallons are needed after the contract gallons have been used, you will be charged the prevailing market price at time of delivery. If you are new to the Pre-Buy Program we can review your account to determine your typical usage to recommend the number of gallons to Pre-Buy. With this option not only will you not have to worry about what prices may be doing every time we deliver your Pre-Bought gallons the bill is already paid.
